HEC Masterclass PE and Infrastructure: a case study

Luxembourg for Finance will be present at the Masterclass ‘Private Equity and Infrastructure: A case study’ event, organised by HEC Paris together with HEC Alumni Luxembourg on 13 June 2019 at Chamber of Commerce Luxembourg.

The session will center on a business case — the acquisition in 2012 by a private equity fund run by Antin I.P. of over 2,000 wireless communication towers from Bouygues Telecom.

The interactive Masterclass aims at giving participants the experience of a session in a HEC Paris program and will be delivered by Denis Gromb, Professor of Finance at HEC Paris. It will also be the opportunity to learn more about Executive Education programs at HEC Paris including the Executive Master in Finance and EMBAs.
