Fragmentation or global convergence
What would the international convergence of regulations relating to sustainable finance truly bring? Would it mean the foster adoption of sustainable finance across the globe, or should regulations be able to grow legs in their specific markets, in order to be able to capture regional intricacies? This panel will examine the direction in which we are moving, either towards convergence or fragmentation, and the current effectiveness and state of sustainable finance regulation in various regions.
