STOKR builds capital markets infrastructure for the tokenisation of real financial assets, covering smart contract management, KYC/AML checks, payment rails, fiat and crypto custody, secondary markets and digital securities lifecycle management
Held separately, a CASP licence and a PI licence cover different halves of a tokenised securities transaction: the custody and transfer of crypto-assets, and the execution of payments and transfers in stablecoins for subscriptions, redemptions and investor distributions. STOKR’s authorisation combines both within one supervised entity.
Tobias Seidl, co-founder and CEO of STOKR, said: « We are proud to have obtained one of the most demanding licences in the world. Asset managers and administrators can now rely on our stablecoin and crypto-asset transfer and custody capabilities for their tokenisation products, bringing together the asset side and the payment side within a single regulated entity. »
