        En sa réunion du 1er juillet 2011, le Conseil d’administration de la Fédération des professionnels du secteur financier, Luxembourg (PROFIL) a élu, à l'unanimité, Ernst Wilhelm Contzen à la présidence de PROFIL. Ernst Wilhelm Contzen en sa qualité de président de l’Association des banques et banquiers, Luxembourg (ABBL), prend la succession de Claude Kremer, ancien président de l’Association luxembourgeoise des fonds d’investissement (ALFI), qui présidait PROFIL depuis le mois de juillet 2010.

        The financial sector in Luxembourg, as elsewhere in the world, curiously suffers from two contradictory reputations. For some, finance is an unbridled, unregulated realm governed by the free market law of the jungle. For others, it is the regulated sector par excellence.
