Luxembourg for Finance will be present at the Asian Financial Forum 2027 , taking place in Hong Kong on 26-27 January 2027.

Jointly organised by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, the Asian Financial Forum (AFF) brings together influential leaders from government, finance, and business communities globally to advance the “Finance+” initiative, explore how finance empowers business growth, and foster insightful dialogue on the global economy from an Asian perspective. AFF will celebrate its 20th edition in 2027, marking two decades as a premier platform for fostering intellectual dialogue, building strategic partnerships, and unlocking new opportunities.

The AFF 2026 convened 150+ global thought leaders and speakers from across the globe and attracted 4,000+ participants from 60+ countries and regions. More than 80% of attendees were C-suite executives and senior decision-makers, who joined the forum to gain thought leadership insights, engage in high-level discussions, explore the latest fintech advancements, discover emerging business strategies, and expand their professional networks.

An integral part of the Forum, AFF Deal-Making facilitates one-to-one meetings between sources of funds and sources of deals, enabling participants to connect with potential business partners from around the world. During AFF 2026, 800+ meetings were arranged for 590+ project owners and 280+ investors in multiple sectors; including fintech, environment, energy & clean technology, food & agriculture, healthcare technology, deep technology, infrastructure & real estate and more.

AFF features a diverse range of exhibition zones designed to foster business connections, create networking opportunities and provide a platform for launching cutting-edge innovations and solutions. These include the FutureGreen Showcase, InnoVenture Salon & FintechHK Startup Salon, and Global Investment Zone. Some 150 international financial institutions, technology companies, corporates, solutions providers, start-ups and investment promotion agencies showcase a wide array of financial innovations, advanced solutions, transformative business ideas, and the latest applications in green finance and green technology, promoting cross-sector collaboration and empowering entrepreneurs and start-ups. The newly launched ‘GoGlobal Connect Zone’ showcases Hong Kong services and resources that support Chinese Mainland enterprises’ in their international expansion.
