Summer Job / Internship – CRM Data Management & Data Cleaning

We are looking for a motivated intern or student to work with our Database Manager and team to update and cleanse CRM data (contacts and companies) in Salesforce.

Your responsibilities:

Assignments will be defined in advance in coordination with our Database Manager, based on project and event timelines and priorities.

Data Cleaning & Validation

  • Clean and update contact and company records in Salesforce
  • Verify and correct company information (name, industry, address, etc.)
  • Validate job titles and roles
  • Verify email addresses and identify outdated contacts
  • Data Quality Enhancement
  • Identify and resolve duplicate or inconsistent records
  • Complete missing mandatory fields and enrich existing records
  • Ensure consistency across datasets (formats, naming conventions, structure)
  • Enhance additional data attributes where relevant
  • Continuous Improvement & Automation
  • Identify recurring data quality issues and propose improvements
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive data cleaning tasks
  • Suggest and implement process improvements

Your profile

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s degree (Business, Finance, Data, or similar)
  • You are looking for an internship or summer job
  • You have strong attention to detail and enjoy structured work
  • You are comfortable working with large volumes of data
  • You are able to stay focused on repetitive tasks
  • You have a basic understanding of Excel and/or data tools
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is an asset
  • Interest in the financial sector is a plus
  • You are able to work independently

  • Duration: Between 1 June and 15 August 2026 – To be defined
