Judith Bogner is a television presenter, event facilitator and commentator for international finance, business and geopolitics based between the UK and Germany. For more than ten years she was one of the main European anchors of the financial news channel Bloomberg Global Television in London. Since 2012 Judith runs her own business, offering event and business facilitation, client advisory boards and strategic consulting. She is also a UK accredited mediator.

Judith regularly leads public and private events for corporate and institutional clients in the financial sector and beyond. Her list of clients include the Federation of German Industries, the Euro Finance Week (Frankfurt), Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Bank of New York Mellon, The Brewers of Europe, Luxembourg for Finance, the Dutch Development Bank FMO, Ergo Insurance, State Street, Scope Ratings, the Institute of Culinary Art, Allianz Global Assistance, Wacom and the Thomson Reuters Foundation.

Born in Germany, Judith has lived in Switzerland, China, Ukraine, France and Italy. She is bilingual in English-German and also speaks Italian, French and Mandarin Chinese. Judith holds a degree in International Business Management and Chinese from the University of Applied Sciences in Bremen.

Britta Borneff is Chief Marketing Officer at ALFI since November 2022. She is a senior investment fund specialist with 27 years of experience in the Luxembourg fund industry. Her career spans governance, operations, client relationship management, and marketing expertise.

Before ALFI, Britta was Managing Director at Fuchs Asset Management (2021–2022), an independent third-party UCITS ManCo and AIFM. From 2007 to 2021, she served as Head of Sales & Marketing and Executive Committee member at Waystone Management Company (formerly MDO), and as Conducting Officer at Waystone Corporate Services. She began her career at Schroders in Luxembourg in 1996, where she spent 11 years in marketing and client relationship roles.

Britta holds the INSEAD Certificate in Corporate Governance and has served on boards of Luxembourg UCITS funds. She is fluent in German, English, French, and Dutch.

Charlotte Chen is a partner at Elvinger Hoss Prussen, based in Hong Kong, specializing in investment fund and corporate law. She focuses on the establishment and structuring of investment funds under regulated and non-regulated vehicles, catering to Asian and global asset managers. Charlotte possesses extensive expertise advising institutional and private investors on fund investments and fund structure acquisitions. Since June 2022, she has served as the resident partner leading the firm’s Hong Kong office, overseeing business development, client relationships, and strategic growth in the APAC region.

With more than a decade of experience in the financial and legal sectors, Charlotte regularly advises on a wide range of fund types, including private equity, real estate, and hedge funds, aligning structures with evolving market conditions and investor requirements.

Charlotte is an active contributor to the legal and financial communities through her involvement in key industry associations in Luxembourg and in Asia. She is also a member of the Hong Kong Federation of Women Lawyers, advocating for the advancement of women in the legal profession.

She is proficient in English, Cantonese, Mandarin and French, enabling her to serve a diverse client base effectively.

Laetitia Hamon is the Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE), where she oversees the exchange’s international primary market activities and market and surveillance operations, as well as its UN-awarded platform for sustainable finance, the Luxembourg Green Exchange (LGX).

Laetitia joined LuxSE in July 2020 as Head of Sustainable Finance, leading the exchange’s sustainable finance strategy before taking on the additional responsibility of Head of Operations in July 2025. Laetitia was appointed to the European Commission’s prestigious High-Level Expert Group on scaling up sustainable finance in low- and middle-income countries in 2022.

As a pioneer in sustainable finance, Laetitia started her career as an ESG analyst for an extra-financial rating agency in 2008. Passionate about the topic, Laetitia decided to dedicate her career to sustainable finance and has built in-depth expertise on the matter for the past 18 years. After gaining experience from the investment fund industry through different positions at Thomson Reuters and ALFI – the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry, she spent 8 years managing and then leading the Sustainable Finance audit and advisory practice at KPMG in Luxembourg.

Laetitia holds a Master’s degree in International Management from the Institut Supérieur Européen de Gestion (ISEG) and a Master’s degree in Corporate Social Responsibility from Ecole Supérieure des Affaires, Paris XII.

Keyu Jin is a global economist and the author of The New China Playbook: Beyond Capitalism and Socialism. She served as a tenured Professor of Economics at the London School of Economics and Political Science from 2009 to 2024. A native of China, Jin holds a BA and PhD from Harvard University. She is currently a Professor of Finance at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, where she chairs the Institute for Geoeconomics.

Her latest book was named one of the Best Books of 2023 by the Financial Times and Fortune Magazine. Jin’s research focuses on China and the global economy, the US-China technology competition, and global macroeconomics.

She serves on the boards of Richemont Group and Jardine Matheson, and is a member of the economic advisory panel for the World Bank, and a member of CF40. Jin is widely regarded as a leading voice bridging the East and West, and has been profiled in The New York Times and The New York Times Magazine. She is also a regular contributor of opinion pieces for the Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, and other major publications.

Dr Joanne Khew is currently the Head of Sustainability at Eastspring Investments. Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, her work includes setting the Sustainability strategy of Eastspring, enhancing Eastspring’s Responsible Investment (RI) integration, creation of proprietary RI research tools, product development, ESG reporting and stewardship. She also leads Eastspring’s participation in Sustainability related industry organizations such as the Asia Investor Group on Climate Change (AIGCC) and the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI).

Prior to joining Eastspring, she was Director, Sustainable Finance and Strategic Partnerships at Standard Chartered Bank where she contributed to growing the sustainable financing portfolio in Asia across sustainable debt, trade and derivative products. She was also involved in the establishment of market-making initiatives such as the Climate Impact X carbon credit marketplace. ​

Before her role at Standard Chartered Bank, Joanne held the role of ESG Specialist at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank where she expanded its Sustainable Capital Markets Initiative, ensuring ESG and Climate integration across the investment cycle for capital market, loans and private equity products.​

Dr. Joanne Khew earned her Ph.D. (Sustainability Science) from the University of Tokyo and is also a Senior Adjunct Lecturer at the Faculty of Science, National University of Singapore where she focuses on ESG Data for Finance and Investments.

Based in the Singapore office, Gunhee is Head of Asia-Pacific Real Assets for Macquarie Asset Management’s (MAM) Client Solutions Group.

He is responsible for business development, investor relations, and capital raising for MAM’s Real Asset products across the Asia-Pacific region, including the Macquarie Asia-Pacific Infrastructure Fund (MAIF) series.

Before moving to Singapore in 2019, Gunhee worked in Macquarie’s Beijing and Seoul offices, playing a key role in asset acquisitions, investment, sourcing and screening of opportunities, and capital raising. He has also bee responsible for several MAM-managed infrastructure assets across South Korea and has served as a Director on several asset-level boards.

Gunhee has a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from Yonsei University.

Mr Yuji Maeda was appointed Senior Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer, Active Global Investments at Nomura Asset Management (NAM) in April 2026. Prior to that, he served as Head of Investment, Global Fixed Income at NAM from 2023 to 2026, and as Head of UK Fixed Income Investment at NAM UK Ltd. from 2016 to 2023. In 2013, he was appointed Chairman of the Fixed Income Investment Strategy Committee.

Mr Maeda has over 25 years of experience managing global fixed income portfolios. He joined NAM as an economist in the Economic Research Department in 2001.

He graduated from the University of Tokyo in 1999 and earned a master’s degree in economics from Hitotsubashi University in 2001.

Frederic Neumann, PhD, is Managing Director, Chief Asia Economist, and Co-Head Global Investment Research Asia, based in Hong Kong.

Before joining HSBC in 2006, Frederic was an adjunct professor at a number of US universities, including Johns Hopkins University, teaching graduate courses on Asian sovereign risk analysis, financial markets, monetary policy, and Southeast Asian political culture. He also served as a consultant to international organizations and governments, and as a research associate of the Institute for International Economics in Washington, DC.

A former Fulbright scholar, Frederic holds a PhD in International economics and Asian Studies.

Before co-founding NordicNinja, Shinichi worked with manufacturing, ICT, healthcare, and utility industries at McKinsey and Industrial Growth Platform Inc. During his MBA studies in Health Concentration at the University of Cambridge, he also co-founded H2GO Power, a climatetech startup in hydrogen storage spun off from Cambridge.

In 2017, Shinichi joined JBICIG Partners, a fund advisor subsidiary of JBIC, as a founding member, and soon embarked to set up an overseas investment fund in the Nordics to bridge the gap between Northern European startups and Japanese companies. In January 2019, he and his family moved to Helsinki to establish NordicNinja.

Shinichi’s personal motivation is to help deeptech entrepreneurs build and grow successful businesses, so they can pass on their expertise and capital to the next generation of deeptech entrepreneurs.

Also, working as a board member of the Japanese Data Center for Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation (JDCJCT), he can bring real-world examples of how European startups can create value in healthcare.

John joined Amundi Asset Management (previously Pioneer Investments) in 2005 as Global Head of Fund Research & Manager Selection and was appointed Global Head of Fund Solutions in 2010, until 2022 when he was appointed to his current role.

John is a member of the Executive Committee in Amundi.

He  has also been appointed as director to the Board of Amundi Singapore and the Board of Amundi Hong Kong.

John is Chairman of the International Expert Advisory Committee (IEAC) to the BIAMAC (Bank and Insurance Asset Management Association of China)

Prior to joining Amundi, John was a senior portfolio manager at Luxembourg-based IKANO family office for 5 years.

Previously, he worked as a fixed income portfolio manager & solutions structurer at Coutts Private Bank, London and as a fixed income portfolio manager at Legal & General Investment Management in London.

John started his career in London with Barclays Global Treasury, before qualifying as a corporate treasurer with Legal & General Group Treasury.

John is a CFA Charter-holder, a graduate of Trinity College, Dublin with a Masters in Economics and Business Studies, and a Management Diploma from Boston University School of Management, USA.

Sandrine Roux is Secretary General at the Luxembourg Bankers’ Association (ABBL).

Sandrine began her career in Luxembourg in 2001 at Deloitte in external audit, before holding various positions over 20 years at BIL, Edmond de Rothschild, and Banque Havilland in credit, private banking, strategy and governance. For a decade, she served as member of the Executive Committee and Secretary to the Board.

In April 2025, she joined the ABBL as Head of Banking Regulation, Financial Markets and ESG. She was promoted as Member of the Management Board and Secretary General of the ABBL in September 2025.

Sandrine graduated with dual Master’s degrees in Finance and Wealth Management (EdHEC and ESCP).
