Harpreet Bains is the Global Head of Trading Services Digital and Agency Securities Finance Product at J.P. Morgan.
Harpreet has been in the securities financing business for 18 years, and in her current position based in London, she is responsible for the management of the Trading Services Digital business as well as the Agency Securities Finance product. Her role includes strategy setting and working closely with sales and trading to deliver client solutions. She began her career in J.P Morgan in 1999, and since joining she has held various roles. Prior to securities lending, she spent five years as an internal auditor for Investor Services, and before audit, she worked as a legal entity financial controller with responsibility for controls and accounting advisory.
Harpreet sits on the International Securities Lending Association’s Board of Directors and is also a member of the Bank of England Securities Lending Committee. Passionate about gender diversity and inclusion, she co-leads Women in Securities Finance, London, an independent industry group which champions the advancement of women across the Securities Finance industry.
Harpreet holds a first class Honours degree in Business and Financial Services.

Julie Bourgeois

Paolo Brignardello

Olivier Chapiteau

Arnaud Delestienne

Arnaud Delestienne is the Director of International Capital Markets and a member of the Executive Committee of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE) where he leads the firm’s overall commercial strategies and its international primary market activities.
Before joining LuxSE in 2020, Arnaud spent 23 years at Clearstream, where he honed his expertise in network management and product development while holding positions as Executive Vice-President and head of its Eurobonds business line.
Over the past two decades, Arnaud Delestienne has experienced and contributed first-hand to the transformation of the Eurobond issuance process with its implication for post-trade activities. He was also appointed to various international trade associations and industry working groups, including the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO), the Association of National Numbering Agencies (ANNA) and the International Capital Market Association (ICMA).

Simon Gorbutt
Deputy CEO, Luxembourg for Finance

Simon Gorbutt is Deputy CEO at Luxembourg for Finance, the Agency for the Development of the Financial Centre.
A lawyer qualified in England and Wales, and Ireland, Simon has worked in financial services in Luxembourg since 2007. He joined LFF from a leading Luxembourg provider of unit-linked insurance solutions where he was the company’s Legal and Tax Counsel for the UK, Northern Europe, Asia and International and, later, Director and Head of Wealth Planning, leading a team of specialists working on a global basis at the intersection of private banking, asset management, succession planning and insurance.
A qualified Director, Simon is a founding member of STEP Benelux a.s.b.l. and has served as Chairman of the STEP Benelux Board. He is a Board member of the Luxembourg Association of Family Offices and has also served as Chair of the UK and DAC 6 Working Groups at the Luxembourg Association des Compagnies d’Assurances et de Réassurances, Chair of the AmCham Luxembourg Insurance Committee and Deputy Chair of the Tax Committee at the Association of International Life Offices. Simon teaches on the Masters in Wealth Management at the University of Luxembourg, and on the International Management of Family Wealth programme at the International University of Monaco.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Edinburgh and a Masters in Law, and has received the Certified Digital Asset Advisor designation.

Hubert Grignon Dumoulin
Digital Assets Senior Expert, CACEIS

Hubert is a regulatory senior expert in the CACEIS Group Digital Assets business line, created in March 2024.
His experience and competence in capital markets regulation were acquired successively at the AMF, the French securities and exchange commission, at the European Commission, at DG Fisma’s capital markets unit, at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, IG Group, RBC Investor Services Bank and InvesTRe/Moniflo investment firm.
Since the end 2020, Hubert has participated to the development of new entities related to digital assets, notably as project lead and one of the founding members of InvesTRe/Moniflo, and now at CACEIS Bank Luxembourg Branch for the development of CACEIS Group digital assets business line.

Andreas Heinzmann
