Philipp von Restorff
Deputy CEO, Luxembourg for Finance

Philipp von Restorff currently is Deputy CEO at Luxembourg for Finance (LFF), the agency for the development of the Luxembourg financial centre.
Prior to his appointment at LFF, he was serving as Head of Communication of The Luxembourg Bankers’ Association (ABBL), where he also held the position of Secretary of the Board of Directors. Philipp has been Chairman of the European Banking Federation’s Communication and CSR Steering Committee from 2014-2018. Before joining the ABBL he worked for the Luxembourg Information and Press Services of the Luxembourg Ministry of State.
He is elected member of the Board of Directors of LuxFLAG, the Luxembourg Finance Labelling Agency, as well as of the Luxembourg Sustainable Finance Initiative. Philipp is lecturer at the Luxembourg House of Training and financial education volunteer at “Jonk Entrepreneuren Luxembourg”, a branch of the Junior Achievement Network (JA).
Nicoletta Centofanti
CEO, Luxembourg Sustainable Finance Initiative

Nicoletta Centofanti is the CEO of the Luxembourg Sustainable Finance Initiative.
She is an environmental engineer and holds an Executive MBA from Bocconi University in Milan. Nicoletta is a sustainability expert committed to support financial players and companies transition towards increased sustainability and impact. She has extensive experience in in-depth Corporate Social Responsibility review and implementation within companies around the globe and she is also an expert on sustainable finance.
Nicoletta is enthusiastic about impact investing, social businesses, and Environmental, Social and Governance drivers. In short, anything that contributes to a better world.
Luis Galveias
Chief Operating Officer, Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA)

Luis started his marketing career when the new millennium knocked at his door. As COO he monitors closely the different activities of the association for an optimised member experience, supports sponsors in achieving their goals while keeping an eye on the execution of all marketing initiatives both in Luxembourg and abroad. Luis has been a part of the association for seven years and knows every member, understands their interests and also keeps track of young entrepreneurs in Luxembourg as he was one himself. He has a creative mind and likes photography.
Alex Panican
Deputy CEO, Luxembourg House of Financial Technology (The LHoFT)

Alex Panican is a serial entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience in Business Strategy, Digital Transformation and Innovation. He’s the Deputy CEO of the Luxembourg House of Financial Technology (The LHoFT), where he’s supporting the innovation partnerships between the fintechs and the financial actors.
Alex is also a professor in Business Strategy and Digital Marketing. He holds an MBA in Strategy from the University of Quebec in Montreal, Canada. The LHoFT aims to drive digitalisation and innovation in the Luxembourg financial industry and build a collaborative ecosystem of innovators across all sectors of the domestic and international community, including fintech, traditional financial services firms, government, regulators, universities, and investors.
Laurent Peusch
Head of Employer Services, Agence pour le développement de l'emploi (ADEM)

After graduating from the Technical School for Health Professions in 2004, Laurent Peusch worked for a short period of time in a hospital.
In 2005, Laurent Peusch joined the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, at the Immigration Directorate in the Third Country Workers Department.
In 2007, after 2 years, Laurent Peusch engaged in a new challenge in the department of Employment of Foreigners at the Luxembourg Employment Development Agency (ADEM), where he was promoted to Head of department in 2012.
In 2015, the Employment Service of Foreigners was integrated into the Employer’s Services where Laurent Peusch became the deputy head and still responsible for all matters related to third country nationals and asylum seekers.
In 2021, Laurent Peusch advanced to Head of the Employer Services.
Matias Rubiolo
Head of Iberia & LatAm Desk, Luxembourg for Finance

Matias Rubiolo is an Adviser for Luxembourg for Finance (LFF), currently serving as Head of the Iberia & LatAm Desk.
Matias role is to advise LFF and its stakeholders on the strategic orientation of the financial centre, specialising on the alternative assets side. He also advises financial services companies looking to develop their cross-border businesses via Luxembourg and on synergy creation with other key financial centres, with a focus on Iberia & Latin America.
Prior to joining LFF, Matias worked at PwC serving clients in the global asset and wealth management sector and at the European Investment Bank (EIB) in the Corporate Lending for Asia, LatAm & Sub-Saharan Africa unit. He is a Certified Public Accountant graduated from Universidad Nacional del Litoral (Argentina) and holds an MBA from Southampton Business School (UK).
