Initially established in Luxembourg in 2019 as an e-money institution, the group spun off “Crosscard S.A.” into a separate entity to focus on e-money activities. Using Luxembourg as their home, both PPRO, the payment institution, and Crosscard S.A., the electronic money institution, offer cross-border services to their clients across the EU.
PPRO, a leading cross-border e-payments specialist, received its European payment institution license in Luxembourg in November 2020.
