EU - ECOFIN agreement on automatic exchange of tax information
Through this Directive, Member States of the European Union will implement the new single global standard for the automatic exchange of information developed by the OECD and endorsed by the G20.
As a modern global financial centre committed to transparency, Luxembourg recognizes the need for a single standard and will implement the automatic exchange in 2017 for revenues of 2016.
